We offer 1-1 personal training with our knowledgeable and experienced trainer, Morgan Siedell.

Morgan is a certified personal trainer and has years of experience. She provides customized training sessions to meet all of your fitness goals. We have 30 and 60-minute sessions.

Morgan also offers small group fitness classes.
