How we're different

Hurt & Co proudly serves the Southern Maine community with highly-skilled physical therapy, personal training, and wellness services, offering a full-body approach to improving your health.

Our licensed physical therapists deliver personalized, one-on-one care in private treatment rooms. Each session includes a thorough evaluation, combining manual therapy and customized exercises designed to reduce pain and help you reach your goals. We offer both orthopedic and sports physical therapy, with a focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance.

To support your strength and fitness journey, we provide one-on-one personal training with exclusive access to our gym. The Barbell Club is also open 7 days a week, with a paid membership. We also collaborate with trusted wellness professionals offering services like massage therapy to help you stay active and feel stronger and healthier.

Clean floors, spotless equipment, and an overall professional setup that shows they really care about the space.
