Personal Trainer

With a deep passion for fitness that started with personal exploration in weight lifting and nutrition, I have been a dedicated personal trainer for the past three years. Holding a nutrition certification through ACE, I specialize in coaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions. My training philosophy revolves around keeping the body healthy to enjoy life longer and continue doing what makes you happy. I customize training programs based on each client's unique goals and needs, beginning with an assessment to understand their starting point and aspirations.

I am driven by the desire to help people find confidence and strength in the gym, reaping benefits like better mood, clear mind, more energy, and self-confidence. I am also a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. I love working with people of all ages, including seniors. My fitness-related interests include running, hiking, and learning to snowboard. Whether it's improving physique, building strength, or mastering new skills, my goal is to support clients in achieving their training objectives. Outside of fitness, I enjoy traveling, reading, and knitting. I'm excited to help you on your fitness journey and look forward to seeing the positive changes we can achieve together!
